VIRTUAL ITEM CONTENT CODE GUIDANCE:

• How do I redeem the Bonus Fortnite Virtual Item codes?
  1. Go to fortnite.com and sign in to your Fortnite Account
  2. Select “Redeem a code” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scratch off the film on the code card and enter in the 20-digit code (the “XXXX” Field)
  4. The code should show up in your Fortnite Account on any device you play.
• Are the Bonus Fortnite Virtual Items exclusive to PowerA?
  • No, these items have been available at least once in the Fortnite Shop but there is no indication of when they’ll be available again, outside of this product!

• What if the Bonus Fortnite Virtual Item insert card is missing or incorrect?
  • Please ensure that the item has not been discarded or is hiding! For some products, you’ll find the card with other paper inserts along the outside and for other products (like protection cases) you’ll find the card inside the zipped pocket.
  • If the insert card is missing or incorrect, please contact PowerA customer service at https://www.powera.com/support/submit-case-request/ and be prepared to show proof of purchase and photos.
  • Make sure you purchase from a trusted reseller. Items resold on third party marketplaces may have had the codes removed.

• What if the Bonus Fortnite Virtual Item code is not working?
  
  • Please contact Epic Games customer service.
  • Log into your Epic Games Account [Easiest path]
    1. Under Games, choose Fortnite and scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the blue “Contact Us” button.
    2. Select “Fortnite”
    3. In the "final dropdown field select "Code Redemption”
    4. Describe your problem. You can also include attachments before the email request is sent to Epic Games.  Option to either email Epic Games or start a live chat.
  • Without an Epic Games account
    • Visit Epic Games at - https://www.Epicgames.com/help/en-US/contact-us-guest
      • Enter your contact email in the provided field. Your contact email address will receive a code which you must enter on the next step.
      • Epic Games will send you an email with a temporary authentication code. You need to enter this code and then you can enter your name and let them know what you need.  You can also include attachments before the email request is sent to Epic Games.
